Order Processing

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please note that preparing your items for shipment may take some time.

  • In-Stock Items: Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
  • Custom/Personalized Items: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.


Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Please note that Santo's Workshop merchandise and Gifts of Gaia merchandise ship from different locations and will arrive in separate packages.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We normally ship USPS Ground Advantage as that is the most economical option.

Please note that delivery times do NOT include processing time.

Estimated Delivery Times (from shipping date):

  • Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
  • Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
  • Priority Mail Express: Next-Day to 2-Day

Note: We normally do not ship outside of the U.S. If you're outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us at support@santosworkshop.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or if you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@santosworkshop.com as soon as possible.

While we typically do not accept returns—especially for personalized or customized items—we handle each situation on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
