What is the return policy?
We typically do not accept returns for personalized/custom items. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us promptly. We are dedicated to resolving any concerns you may have.
When will I get my order?
Your order will be processed quickly for shipping, and we'll make sure to notify you as soon as it's on its way. Keep an eye out for an email update once your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times can differ depending on your location. We typically use USPS Ground Advantage for shipping.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are handmade!
Santo's Workshop is based in the Chicago suburbs and creates gifts and accessories from wood, acrylic, vinyl, resin, and other materials using lasers and special printers. For some items, we do source pre-made 'blanks' (coasters, zippered bags, etc.) from suppliers around the globe.
Gifts of Gaia is based in central Illinois and creates nature-inspired goods from resin and other materials.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the size and weight of items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
We typically use USPS Ground Advantage as that is the most economical option.
Please note that:
Santo's Workshop products ship from the Palatine, Illinois area.
Gifts of Gaia products ship from the Peoria, Illinois area.
If you order from both shops, you will receive multiple packages.
